Subject	How wide can these go?

Message	I am at a dead end with this, I want to get the Volk Ce28n wheels 18x8.5 up front and 18x10.5 +18 offset in the rear for my Z but I dont know how wide of a tire I can put on these, will 345/30 fit or will I have to go with 325/35 any input will help, thank you, also what kind of g-force is best, I live in the desert, very hot in the summer, can I use t/a drag radials or whats my best option. As a note my z is not a daily driver just a weekend car, thank you.
